Terms
The deal between you and us, in plain words.
No wall of legalese. Every clause below describes something the service actually does.

This agreement
These terms are between you — the parent or guardian who holds the account — and Nex2School, which runs live online classes for children aged 6 to 16. By creating an account or booking a class, you agree to them.
You confirm that you are at least 18, that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child you add, and that you are entering into this agreement on their behalf.
What we provide
Small, live, video-based classes taught by a real instructor — group classes capped at four learners, or one-to-one. Classes run over Zoom on a schedule you book.
The account belongs to you. Children do not sign in, cannot create an account, and have no independent presence on the service. Everything about a child is entered and controlled by you.
Your account
- Give accurate details, and keep your email and password up to date.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
- One account per family. Don’t share a login or resell access.
- You can close your account at any time — from account settings or by writing to us.
Booking and payment
- Your first class is , once per family — a one-time way to try a real lesson before you commit. After that, you choose how to pay. The first class costs $1 in the United States, C$1 in Canada, £1 in the United Kingdom, A$1 in Australia, NZ$1 in New Zealand, ₹99 in India, €1 in the EU and US$1 anywhere else.
- Pay per class, or buy the whole course as a bundle at a discount. The price and the number of classes are shown before you confirm.
- Prices are shown and charged in your local currency: US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, pounds sterling or Indian rupees, and US dollars anywhere else. Any taxes that apply are shown at checkout.
- You are charged when you confirm a booking. A place in a class is only held once payment succeeds.
See the pricing page for current rates.
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel or reschedule, and if we cancel a class you are never left out of pocket. The full rules — the notice window, how bundles work, and how and when money is returned — are on our refund and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Conduct in class
Classes are shared, live and full of children, so a few rules keep them safe and useful.
- A parent is responsible for their child’s conduct in a class. Be respectful to the instructor and to the other learners.
- Don’t record, screen-capture or redistribute a class yourself, and don’t share the joining link with anyone outside your family.
- We may remove anyone from a class, without a refund for that class, for behaviour that is abusive, disruptive or unsafe.
What we do to keep lessons safe is set out in our child safety commitments.
What you need, and what we may change
- A computer or laptop — not a phone or tablet — with a working camera, microphone and a reliable internet connection. The tools we teach with don’t run on a phone.
- We may substitute a different qualified instructor, or move a class time, if we have to. If a change doesn’t suit you, the refund policy applies.
Recordings
A class may be recorded so a parent can review a session their child attended and so we can keep lessons safe. Recordings are handled as described in our privacy policy, and are never used for advertising or shared outside the people who need them.
Course materials
Lesson materials, worksheets and the site itself belong to Nex2School or to the people we licence them from. You may use them for your own child’s learning. Please don’t copy, resell or publish them, or use them to run classes of your own.
What we promise, and what we don’t
We work hard to make classes good and to keep the service running, but we cannot promise a particular academic result, or that the service will never be interrupted.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem arose. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including anything to do with a child’s safety.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts a child at risk, or where payment is reversed or disputed in bad faith. Where it is fair to, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right. You can stop using the service and close your account whenever you like.
Governing law
Nex2School is operated from India, and these terms are governed by Indian law. If something goes wrong, please write to us first — most things are sorted out quickly by a person reading hello@nex2school.com. When the business is formally incorporated, the registered name, address and the courts that apply will be named here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect rather than quietly editing this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
