Refunds

When you get your money back, and how.

Fair and specific: a clear notice window, and you never lose out when the cancellation is ours.

The first class

Your first class is a one-time trial, priced at per family ($1 in the United States, C$1 in Canada, £1 in the United Kingdom, A$1 in Australia, NZ$1 in New Zealand, ₹99 in India, €1 in the EU and US$1 anywhere else), so you can see a real lesson before spending anything. Because it is already a nominal trial, that price itself isn’t separately refunded — but if we cancel your trial class, or a technical problem on our side stops it going ahead, you pay nothing.

Cancelling or rescheduling a class

  • 24 or more hours before the class — cancel for a full refund, or reschedule to another time for free.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show — that class isn’t refundable, because the instructor’s time was reserved for your child and the small class size means the seat couldn’t be offered to anyone else.

Cancel or move a class from your schedule, or email hello@nex2school.com or use the contact page. A person handles every refund.

Course bundles

If you bought a whole course as a bundle and decide to stop partway, we refund the classes your child hasn’t taken yet. Classes already taken are charged at the normal per-class rate, and the difference is returned to you — so you only pay for what you used.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel a class — an instructor is unavailable, or something breaks on our side — you choose: a free reschedule, or a full refund of that class. You are never left out of pocket for a class we couldn’t deliver.

How and when you get the money

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method — we can’t send them anywhere else.
  • They’re issued in the same currency you paid.
  • Once we process a refund it usually reaches you within 5–10 business days; the exact timing is your bank’s or card issuer’s, not ours.
  • We don’t charge a fee to process a refund.

A note on currency

You are charged in your own currency, and refunded in that same currency for the same amount. If your card or bank applies its own exchange rate or a foreign-transaction fee, that is between you and them — we refund the amount you were charged, not any fee a third party added.

If something went wrong

If a class wasn’t what you expected, or a charge looks wrong, please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank. We’d much rather fix it directly and quickly — hello@nex2school.com.
